We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in pristine condition without bent pages or a broken spine, and in their original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@bloombystella.com. If accepted, return shipping is covered by the customer. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll replace the item at no extra cost to ensure you have a great experience with your PLANT Your Life Planner.

Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gifted planners.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Refunds
